Demo note: password sign-in and MFA (enrollment, verification, and now an optional real backup factor) are all real here — a real Supabase session, real TOTP secrets, real authenticator app codes. Passkey sign-in below is still a UI demo — Supabase's passkey support is labeled beta, and MFA already satisfies the actual security requirement, so building real WebAuthn wasn't worth the added risk for now.
